What is the digitizing fee?

Embroidery machines can't stitch directly from an image file. Before we can embroider your logo, it has to be digitized — professionally converted into a stitch file that maps every stitch, direction, and thread color for the machine. The $40 fee covers that one-time setup work and is added automatically in your cart, one time forever, future orders will not incur this fee — embroider as many different products for the same one time fee. UV Leatherette Printed Patch orders don't require digitizing, so no fee applies.
